Version 1.9, new website and Calling Card Pro

Lot's of news to announce:

First, version 1.9 of the Calling Card was uploaded to the Market today. It includes support for the Android 1.5 soft keyboard. Go ahead, get ready, download the app even if you still don't have Android 1.5 in your phone.

Calling Card Pro was introduced to the Market. If you liked the Calling Card app and would like to contribute to the development of new features, please consider getting the Pro version. Check it out! It includes a new status bar notification that shows up when Calling Card has routed your call. More features to come... Have something in mind, suggest yours!

New website. The blog has been a good way of communication, but it has not been the best medium to host the app documentation. The posts with the documentation get lost at the bottom and are tagged with the version number. To make the documentation easier to reach, I have setup http://sites.google.com/site/acallingcard/. There you will always be able to find the latest docs for the app.

Enjoy!

Thank you very much for continued support of the Calling Card application. I have been using it for some time and just found this blog post regarding new version, new site and Pro version. I'm going to Android Market right now to buy Pro version since credit is definitely due.
I would like to make one suggestion regarding the site - adding forums where users could ask questions, bring up concerns and suggest features. May be other users of the Calling Card application could help answer these as well.
Again, thank you for you application.

Hi Dmitriy,
I have now added a feedback section to the new site where people leave comments. Thanks for supporting Calling Card!

Hi, I upgraded Calling Card recently, and I no longer seem to be able to put a 'p' into the pin field. If I press 'p' on the keyboard it shows up as 7, and if I press it on the virtual keyboard, it is simply ignored.

I need to do this because my phone uses 'p' as the pause character rather than ',', as you mention on your website.

Hi there,

Thank you for the wonderful app. I am a pro user and having trouble with a particular calling card provider (airtel) for making calls to India.

This particular provider requires that the number is provided without country code. Say, I am trying to call -

+91-402-555-1212

It is needed to be provided as

04025551212

Can calling card (or pro) be expanded to support this use case please?

Thanks for the woderful information. I always visit your blog to get the various offers by VOIP companies. I usally call my family in India. While browsing, I found an interesting site, which lets you make unlimited long distance calls from USA/Canada to India and rest of the world, using your phone. This is not PC to phone call. You don’t have to download anything or need any internet connection. I really mean unlimited. The catch is each hour you can make 10 mins free call to India (or rest of the world) and then come back to get another PIN . I even called my friends in UK and France, voice quality was okay.
Visit http://www.muftphone.com to make free calls. I also filled a short sponsored survey, and I received PIN to make 2 hours of phone calls.
Friends, just wanted to share this information with you. I am not working or have any affiliation with the said waebsite.
